Fully furnished cottages, houses, and apartments for short-term rentals. These accommodations can be rented by the weekend (two-night minimum, three-night minimum for holidays), week, or month.
Two apartments, Main Street and Creek Side, are located on Main Street in Hot Springs. They are above Bacova Properties office at 2815 Main Street. They are conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, Bacova Beer, Duck In Market & Deli, ABC Store, Post Office, and across the street from The Omni Homestead Resort.
The two houses, Hemlock Cottage and Holly House, are located in the village of Bacova, a 10-minute drive to Hot Springs. They are across the street from our 500-acre farm, Barn Hill. A third house, Katydid Cottage, is in Warm Springs. All guests of our vacation rentals may access our 2.5 & 4.5 Barn Hill Loop Trail with a stocked trout stream and bass pond. In addition, guests have private access to The Jackson River at Hal's Point where there is a picnic area, great trout fishing, and a fun place to take a dip! Both activities will expose our guests to the amazing natural beauty of Bath County.
